Epic Data launches IntegraTLC™ real-time labor
management system

VANCOUVER, B.C.— Epic Data International Inc. (TSX-V: EKD), a provider of shop floor data collection and warehouse management solutions, today announced the release of IntegraTLC, a real-time shop floor labor data collection system.
“IntegraTLC is a powerful tool to optimize throughput, quality and cost-efficiency of time-based information capture. It goes far beyond the outdated time & labor systems that re-enter batched shift data from time clocks and cards,” said Alan Foster, Epic Data’s Executive Vice President. “With workforce labor being captured in real-time right at their work centers, IntegraTLC provides the granular information to calculate accurate job costs, track work order progress, create labor audit trails for quality reporting, and monitor productivity performance by workcell, production line and plant.”
IntegraTLC is part of Epic Data’s Integra Suite of shop floor data collection and management systems that track people, parts and processes in real-time. IntegraTLC captures labor data using a variety of automatic ID technologies and data collection devices located throughout a manufacturers’ production and warehouse facilities. It is easily deployed and integrates seamlessly with enterprise systems, including scheduling, payroll and job-costing applications for accurate, real-time updates with no data re-entry.
