(TSX-V: EKD), a provider of shop floor data collection and warehouse management solutions, today announced that it is embedding Jaspersoft BI products to extend the business intelligence (BI) reporting capabilities of both the Integra Suite™ and MMS™ solutions.

Epic Data’s Integra Suite of Solutions are shop floor data collection and management systems that track people, parts and processes, allowing immediate response to production challenges for optimized throughput and cost-efficiency. MMS tracks parts and assets in production facilities and warehouses to enable the production-synchronized materials movement and dynamic responsiveness that define lean manufacturing. Both products also provide detailed parts audit trails and product genealogies to support quality and compliance programs.
Jaspersoft is one of the most widely used open source business intelligence software applications. Available as an embedded component or as an add-on module to the Integra and MMS solutions, its capabilities include dashboard presentation, web-based inquiries and reports, multi-level drilldown and filtering capabilities including tabular and graphical formats as well as easy export functionality to integrate with Microsoft applications.
