Yes, Epic Data will make onsite visits for customers that have a Customer Service Support & Maintenance Agreement. In this case, the customer is responsible for all travel costs and expenses during this visit.

How do I renew my Customer Service Support & Maintenance Agreement?
To renew your agreement, please follow these 4 steps:

  1. Print out the Contract document attached to the renewal email
  2. Issue a purchase order for the total amount of the Agreement
  3. Sign the “Attachment A” summary page
  4. Email the signed summary page and your purchase order to the Contracts Manager, contact@epicdata.com.
