Yes, under certain conditions Epic Data will make onsite visits for customers that have a customer support agreement. In this case, the customer is responsible for all travel costs and expenses during this visit.
How do I renew my customer support agreement?
To renew your agreement, please follow these 4 steps:
- Print out the Acrobat document attached to the renewal e-mail
- Issue a purchase order for the total amount of the agreement
- Sign the "Attachment A" summary page
- Fax both the signed summary page and your purchase order to Customer Support Administration, fax: 604-273-1954.
